They also analyse the ways the frustration could affect employee behaviour. Further, the results of the survey on a random sample of Slovenian police officers are presented. The "frustration - aggression" relation is analysed; according to the results, there is a statistically significant correlation with expressions of hostility and obstruction or passive aggression, but no correlation is found with an overtly aggressive behaviour. The analysis shows that the frustration of the Slovenian police officers is significantly correlated with some of their personal traits, e.g. negative affection and depression, and, at the organization level, with social undermining from supervisors. Negative correlation has been found with their job satisfaction. In conclusion, the authors present some potential strategies for managing frustration in the Slovenian police organization.</dc:description><dc:date>2002</dc:date><dc:date>2015-07-10 11:37:15</dc:date><dc:type>Delo ni kategorizirano</dc:type><dc:identifier>49309</dc:identifier><dc:language>sl</dc:language></rdf:Description></rdf:RDF>
