Extensive literature indicates a positive impact of corporate social responsibility on employees, enterprises, the national economy, and society as a whole. Certifying/awarding and public exposure of best practices/enterprises/organisations have proved to be a good way to stimulate the introduction of family-friendly policies with a gender-equality dimension.
