The conceptual framework for this research includes creating a business process maturity indicator (BPMI) for six process areas: strategy, documentation, optimization, implementation, execution, and controlling. The comparative analysis of the business process management maturity is performed using the BPMI on two cases: inside a single organization and the sector internally.</dc:description><dc:date>2016</dc:date><dc:date>2017-11-13 14:45:12</dc:date><dc:type>Znanstveno delo</dc:type><dc:identifier>68927</dc:identifier><dc:language>sl</dc:language></rdf:Description></rdf:RDF>
