The addressed system is currently being introduced in administrative authorities across Slovenia and is expected to be fully enforced by the beginning of 2026. The article reveals the course of system development and its implementation through an action plan. The system features that support electronic commerce both in administrative procedures and in construction site operations are demonstrated. The anticipated beneficial effects of the system’s implementation are highlighted as well.
