Duration data analysis is based on a dataset, which consists of more than 450,000 observations for the period of 2002 to 2005. Significant effects of most of the factors were found. According to the results, it takes longer for women and older unemployed to get a job. Those unemployed who live in Gorenjska or Goriška region and have higher professional education or university degree are the best off in getting a new job. While, for those who live in Pomurska or Savinjska region and have only elementary school a chance of getting a new job is the worst.</dc:description><dc:date>2007</dc:date><dc:date>2012-05-30 08:54:57</dc:date><dc:type>Neznano</dc:type><dc:identifier>24756</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>UDK: 331.56</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>COBISS_ID: 9178908</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>NUK URN: URN:SI:UM:DK:NU9PHTZM</dc:identifier><dc:language>sl</dc:language></metadata>
