For comparison, the conventional extractionswith organic solvents have been performed. Dry feverfew flower heads were used as starting material. Supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) wasperformed using a semi continuous flow apparatus in a laboratory and pilot scale. The influence of process parameters on the total yield and amount of parthenolide isolated was investigated. Dynamic behaviour of the extraction runs followed by single-step separation was analysed by a mathematical model for initial constant rate extraction period and the subsequent time-dependant diffusion controlling mass transfer rate period. In order to concentrate the obtained extract in parthenolide, a two-step separation was employed.</dc:description><dc:date>2005</dc:date><dc:date>2012-06-01 10:04:53</dc:date><dc:type>Neznano</dc:type><dc:identifier>27206</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>UDK: 66.061-987</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>COBISS_ID: 9103894</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>ISSN pri članku: 1383-5866</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>NUK URN: URN:SI:UM:DK:UQWQPD7S</dc:identifier><dc:language>sl</dc:language></metadata>
