As ERP hype has reached large organizations as well as small and medium enterprises, we examined the critical success factors in ERP implementation. Based on the literature review, a model was developed. The results of our survey in Slovenia demonstrated that organizations have to pay attention to different critical success factors in different phases of the implementation process.
