The definition of this ‘cookbook’ was derived based on its literal meaning, its usage in laboratory situations. ‘Cookbook’ aims to categorise both the speaker at a micro level and society at a macro level at the same time. This will enable us to render more accurate sociolinguistic descriptions in a given community. As examples, two case studies (new town study and diaspora study) are introduced to show how ‘cookbook’ can explain the attested linguistic variation.</dc:description><dc:date>2010</dc:date><dc:date>2018-02-02 09:37:01</dc:date><dc:type>Članek v reviji</dc:type><dc:identifier>69538</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>ISSN: 1855-6302</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>UDK: 811.521'28</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>OceCobissID: 244480000</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>COBISS_ID: 252028672</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>DOI: 10.17161/SCN.1808.7330</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>ISSN pri članku: 1855-6302</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>NUK URN: URN:SI:UM:DK:OYLVWY3K</dc:identifier><dc:language>sl</dc:language></metadata>
