To this extent, early identification of viral infections in plants is essential, and it is a significant step towards preventing the spread of the infection and thriving and healthy crop production. Next-generation sequencing (NGS) has moved the limitations of sequencing technologies allowing rapid, affordable, and accurate sequencing and opening new genomic knowledge to researchers (Cullum, et al., 2010).</dc:description><dc:publisher>[J.
