We present the results of a qualitative study based on semi-structured interviews with teachers (n=10) who have taken part in Erasmus+ mobility abroad. The results of the study show that the experience of mobility proved to be a positive one for all interviewees who reported numerous benefits in terms of professional and personal development of the participants as well as in terms of gaining intercultural competences.</dc:description><dc:publisher>Univerzitetna založba Univerze v Mariboru</dc:publisher><dc:date>2024</dc:date><dc:date>2025-07-29 13:40:03</dc:date><dc:type>Znanstveno delo</dc:type><dc:identifier>94031</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>UDK: 37.014.242</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>COBISS_ID: 205891075</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>DOI: 10.18690/rei.17.Sp.Iss.4577</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>ISSN pri članku: 1855-4431</dc:identifier><dc:language>sl</dc:language></metadata>
