This study examines the role of CA in fostering sustainable employment, with a focus on the mediating effect of wisdom management (WM) among employees of public banks in Ardabil. Using a correlational research design and structural equation modeling (Hayes Model 4), data were collected via validated questionnaires from 370 participants. The results indicate that CA has a positive impact on WM, which in turn indirectly influences sustainable employment (although not directly in AMOS). Bootstrap analysis confirmedthe partial mediating role of wisdom management. Ultimately, the findings suggest that combining individual adaptability skills with ethical leadership styles can foster sustainable employment (SE) in Iranian workplaces.</dc:description><dc:publisher>Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, Núcleo de Estudos do Futuro</dc:publisher><dc:date>2025</dc:date><dc:date>2025-12-03 03:11:19</dc:date><dc:type>Znanstveno delo</dc:type><dc:identifier>96123</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>UDK: 005:336</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>COBISS_ID: 256962563</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>DOI: 10.23925/2179-3565.2025v16i3p223-237</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>ISSN pri članku: 2179-3565</dc:identifier><dc:language>sl</dc:language></metadata>
