However, gaps remain between required and existing competencies, especially in Industry 4.0, sustainability, and digitalization. Modern logistics roles demand technical, behavioral, and organizational skills. This study examines the readiness of logistics students and professionals, comparing self-assessments with expert evaluations and the needs of the logistics sector.
