My research is about women warriors and female action heroes from TV shows, films and computer/video games. How are they portrayed and what message they carry. This message is not very clear, because these characters are feminist role models and on the other hand they just fulfill men’s sexual fantasies. They follow stereotypes and conventional rules of how women must look. With that they just confirm male dominance instead of bringing positive feminist message, they just follow the logic of the market and society’s traditional rules. bojevnice filmi računalniške igre tv serije ženski akcijski liki Tomb Raider Xena La Femme Nikita warrior women films computer games tv-shows female action heroes Tomb Raider Xena La Femme Nikita true true false [V.
