This diploma paper describes the functioning of different task scheduling strategies in embedded systems and the construction of a tool for simulation of said strategies. The result of this work is a web application in the programing language Java, which enables the user to add virtual tasks, their properties and to sort them by the strategy the user selects. The main solution is the engine, which can function independent of the architecture of the user’s computer system and can be upgraded with more scheduling strategies.
