In this thesis we will introduce an application made in C# programming language, which is intended for smartphones running the Windows Mobile 6.5 operating system. The application will allow users to communicate with each other. For example, one user will find another user and establish a communication between the two devices. Both devices need to have Bluetooth turned on and set to visible. After a successful establishment of communication, the devices may now communicate with each other by sending text messages and files. The application will include an option to allow multiple users to communicate with each other.
