The thesis presents various steganographic techniques used in JPEG images. First of all the JPEG standard was described, together with a detailed tutorial on various steps in order to achieve a better understanding of the issue. After that we focused on the steganographic techniques LSB, JSTEG, F3, F4, F5, and F5 with matrix encoding suitable for JPEG images. The described techniques were used in the implementation of the steganographic program for JPEG images. Implemented steganographic techniques were then compared according to their effectiveness. steganografija rastrske slike JPEG metoda LSB JSTEG F3 F4 F5 F5 z matričnim kodiranjem steganography raster images JPEG method LSB JSTEG F3 F4 F5 F5 with matrix encoding true true false A.
