20.500.12556/DKUM-77762 Gonilniki v operacijskem sistemu Linux diplomsko delo Drivers in the Linux operating system V diplomski nalogi smo se ukvarjali z gonilniki v operacijskem sistemu Linux. The theme in this diploma is based around the Linux operating system and the device drivers within it. It talks about the structure of the operating system core, the kernel, how it communicates with the user space, device drivers and their role in making the operating system usable. The work also contains differences in architectures between Linux and Windows operating systems. Presented in the thesis are different kinds of device drivers, their location and use cases. In the practical part of the diploma, two character device drivers were constructed, which showed the communication between the peripherals, the keyboard, and the operating system. First of the drivers shows the principle of interrupts, how they work, the second one broadens that and adds an extra functionality of saving keyboard presses into a file. gonilniki jedro operacijski sistem prekinitve datotečni sistem drivers kernel operating system interrupts file system true true false [B.
