20.500.12556/DKUM-81366 Celovita primerjava vodilnih distribucij operacijskega sistema Linux diplomsko delo A comprehensive comparison of main operating system Linux distributions V diplomskem delu je predstavljenih in primerjanih deset vodilnih distribucij operacijskega sistema Linux. The thesis presents and compares ten leading Linux distributions. In the theoretical part, the Linux operating system is introduced, then each distribution is presented separately and all of them compared. In the second part of the thesis a practical experiment is carried out involving the installation of all distributions. As part of the experiment we measured the installation time and the utilization of system resources. Then, we installed a software testing tool on the distributions and performed performance tests, where we collected all the results and compared as well as analyzed them. distribucija Linux operacijski sistem primerjava comparison distribution Linux operating system true true false [J.
