20.500.12556/DKUM-85586 Pomen komunikacije med tehničnim in umetniškim osebjem v organizacijah na področju kulture magistrsko delo The importance of communication between technical and artistic staff in cultural organizations V magistrskem delu raziskujemo, kolikšna je učinkovitost komunikacije med tehničnim in umetniškim osebjem v gledališču. S pomočjo intervjujev smo izvedli kvalitativno raziskavo in analizo le-te. In this master's thesis, we investigate the effectiveness of communication between technical and artistic staff in the theater. With the help of interviews, we conducted qualitative research and its analysis. 14 people participated in the research, partly employed in the artistic and partly in the technical field. The theaters that were selected as a sample of the research are the Slovenian National Theater Maribor and the Puppet Theater Maribor. Researching communication in this field brings several challenges, mainly because we are comparing two ways of thinking, artistic and technical, which work on different principles. The research provides an insight into a very poorly researched area and can help in further research into the importance of communication in cultural institutions and more broadly in the field of art. komunikacija gledališče umetniški svet tehnični svet tehnika communication theater art world technical world technique true true false [I.
