20.500.12556/DKUM-86830 Customising tourism experiences with use of advanced technologies, example of collaboration impact token and digital online tourist identity Nowadays, data on tourist profiles are created by large platforms that exchange and trade the collected data with each other without sharing it with service providers (hotels, restaurants, etc.). Providers are thus increasingly becoming mere "executors" and cannot devote themselves to the guest as they once did. Using the example of Collaboration Impact Token and Digital Online Tourist Identity, the article suggests the development of a sys-tem with use of key enabling technologies from Industry 4.0 that will offer guests a personalised service, reward them for positive behavior if they are contributing to the positive effects of tourism and redirect them on less burdened areas with the aim to offer a significantly better tourist experience and the development of more balanced sustainable development. innovative incentives tourism 4.0 digitalising collaboration sustainability Industry 4.0 inovativne spodbude turizem 4.0 digitalizacija sodelovanja trajnost industrija 4.0 true false false Univerza v Mariboru, Univerzitetna založba Angleški jezik Slovenski jezik Znanstveno delo 2024-01-24 09:17:34 2024-01-24 09:51:01 2024-01-25 03:23:48 0000-00-00 00:00:00 2021 0 0 Str. 7-15 2021 0000-00-00 Zaloznikova Objavljeno NiDoloceno 0000-00-00 2021-06-17 2021-10-13 338.48 76382723 81174275 Zbornik_konference_turizem_in__znanost_2021.pdf Zbornik_konference_turizem_in__znanost_2021.pdf 1 4D1DA496B94BFCCA9CA4731C566C061D 9d50873d5db38525c8b56aef93007f9d542b620677eeb2c3f6988bcb003cf19d 7d1af072-ba95-11ee-abc5-00155d000105 https://dk.um.si/Dokument.php?lang=slv&id=175527 https://doi.org/10.18690/978-961-286-515-3 0 077af784-ba91-11ee-abc5-00155d000105 https://dk.um.si/Dokument.php?lang=slv&id=175526 Fakulteta za turizem Univerzitetna založba Univerze v Mariboru Zbornik konference "Turizem 4.0 in znanost" 0 0 0
