Opis:	V letih 2005 in 2006 smo na UC za vinogradništvo in vinarstvo Meranovo ugotavljali vpliv različno obarvanih tulcev in črne PVC folije na temperaturo posameznih organov ter količino in kakovost grozdja vinske trte Vitis vinifera L. 'Sauvignon'. V letu 2005 je bilo največje povprečno število jagod na grozd in največja masa pecljevine pri trsih, ki so imeli deblo obdano z belo-črnim tulcem, prostor v vrsti pa je pokrivala črna PVC folija. Najmanjšo maso jagod na grozd so imeli trsi, pri katerih je bil prostor v vrsti pokrit s črno PCV folijo, debla trsov pa so bila obdana s črnimi tulci. Najmanjšo pH vrednost smo izmerili pri kontrolnih trsih, največjo pa pri trsih, kjer je deblo obdajal belo-črni tulec, prostor v vrsti pa je pokrivala črna folija. Popoldan so bile na socvetju največje razlike med obravnavanjem s folijo v vrstnem prostoru in črnim tulcem na deblu (29,8 °C) in obravnavanjem s črnim tulcem na deblu, brez folije v vrstnem prostoru (22,9 °C). Povprečna masa vseh grozdov na trs v letu 2006 je bila za 651 g večja pri obravnavanju z belimi tulci na deblu in s folijo v vrstnem prostoru, v primerjavi s kontrolnimi trsi, brez folije v vrstnem prostoru.

Opis:	In 2005 and 2006, at the University Centre for Viticulture and Enology – Meranovo near Maribor, NE Slovenia, we investigated the impact of differently colored protecting tubes and black PVC foil on temperature of individual plant organs and quantity and quality of yield of the grapevine Vitis vinifera L. 'Sauvignon'. In 2005, the highest average number of berries per infrutescence and the highest quantity of grape stems was documented on plants of which trunks were surrounded by the white-black protecting tubes, and where the soil surface between plants within a row was covered by the black PVC foil. The lowest quantity of berries per infrutescence was documented on plants of which trunks were surrounded by the black protecting tubes, and where the soil surface between plants within a row was covered by the black PVC foil. The lowest pH values were observed on control plants while the highest values were observed on the plants of which trunks were surrounded by the white-black protecting tubes, and where the soil surface between plants within a row was covered by the black PVC foil. The highest temperature differences of inflorescences belonging to plants from different treatments were documented during afternoon hours: 29,8 °C on plants with black protecting tubes, growing in the area covered by the black PVC foil, and (22,9 °C) on plants with black protecting tubes, growing in the area not covered by the PVC foil. When considering the control plants, the average total weight of grapes per vine, in 2006, was 651 g higher in the treatment where trunks were surrounded by white protecting tubes and where the soil surface was covered by the black PVC foil.
