| Abstract: | Diplomsko delo kratko opisuje vodenje projekta, izdelave projektne dokumentacije in uporabe informacijskih tehnologij na področju komuniciranja. Teoretičnim izhodiščem sledi analiza primerov in predstavitev izboljšanja obstoječega modela s pomočjo integracije razpoložljivih informacijsko komunikacijskih tehnologij. Izboljšave, ki jih prispevajo informacijsko komunikacijske tehnologije, ovrednotimo s finančno analizo investicij tako v obstoječem kot tudi v idealnem modelu vodenja projekta. |
