Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo se odločili raziskati, kako potekajo redni letni razgovori in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih s slednjimi.

Title:REGULAR ANNUAL INTERVIEW AT THE DEPARTMENT OF TRAVMATOLOGY IN THE UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTRE LJUBLJANA
Abstract:In the diploma paper we decided to research the course of regular annual discourses and the satisfaction of the employees with them. There are more and more scruples about their aplicativity into practice in our organization. In the empirical part we presented some theoretical bases, definitions, activities and tasks of the effective system of the regular annual discourses. In the research part we carried out a questionnaire where the executants of annual discourses as well as their employees were included. The executants of medical care are giving us the information about not carrying out the agreements decided during the discourses, but the leaders deny that. We, the executants, think that a regular annual discourse is the basic means for estimating the efficiency of our work, planning the further development, education and the career of every individual person. For the measurement the comparison of the agreed objectives and actual results is used. At annual discourses every colleague has to hear from his/her superior about their expectations and how to improve his/her results. This sort of discorse is for many of the employees the one and only opportunity to reconcile his/her wishes with the demands and expectations of superiors or the organization as whole. In the last part of the diploma paper we presented cognitions and suggestions of improvements on the basis of the analysis of the results and theoretical cognitions.
