Abstract:	Izhodišča: V Sloveniji smo prve klinične poti začeli razvijati leta 2002. Klinična pot opisuje običajni način zdravljenja za posamezne vrste bolezni. Uvedba kliničnih poti lahko zmanjša število napak pri zdravljenju, spodbuja večdisciplinarno skupinsko delo ter ponuja dobro osnovo za boljše obveščanje bolnikov in njihovih svojcev v obravnavi, ki jo lahko upravičeno pričakujejo. Klinične smernice so manj učinkovite, če ni kliničnih poti, se pa medsebojno povezujejo. Klinična pot obsega celotno obravnavo pacienta od vstopa v zdravstveni sistem, do izstopa iz njega in pod vodstvom celotnega večdisciplinarnega zdravstvenega tima. Namen: Prikazati klinično pot sprejema pacienta z zlomom zgornjega skočnega sklepa. Metode: Uporabljena je bila deskriptivna metoda dela. Raziskava je osnovana na kvantitativni metodologiji. Podatke smo pridobili s pomočjo ankete, katere merski instrument je bil delno strukturiran vprašalnik, ki je bil sestavljen iz sedemnajstih vprašanj. V anketi je sodelovalo sto zdravstvenih delavcev zaposlenih v Splošni bolnišnici Slovenj Gradec. Rezultati: Rezultati so pokazali, da zaposleni v zdravstveni negi ne poznajo pomena kliničnih poti, med tem, ko so izpostavili potrebo po sodelovanju pacienta pri oblikovanju kliničnih poti, kakor tudi prednosti pri uvajanju kliničnih poti. Diskusija in zaključki: Klinične poti so izjemnega pomena in tega se zavedajo vsi sodelujoči v raziskavi. Za obravnavo pacienta, ki vstopa in izstopa iz zdravstvenega sistema, je prav gotovo pomemben sistematičen proces, ki mora biti strokovno oblikovan , dorečen, napisan in ga imenujemo klinična pot. Izsledki raziskave so pokazali, da so klinične poti pri nas še vedno premalo poznane, zato bi bilo smiselno, da se klinična pot predstavi zdravstvenemu osebju v celotnem Slovenskem prostoru.

Title:	KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE MEANING OF CLINICAL PATHS BETWEEN EMPLOYEES IN HEALTH CARE
Abstract:	Starting point: In our country clinical pathway were developed in the year 2002. A clinical pathway is defined as a description of ordinary method being used during the treatment of individual illness. The usage of such clinical pathway can reduce as many mistakes as possible during the treatment. It also helps to stimulate a polydisciplinary medical team work and it also provides patients and their relatives being well informed throughout the process they are entitled to expect. A lack of the clinical pathway can cause less effective clinical instructions although they are both very closely connected. However, the clinical pathway includes the entire treatment from the moment when the patient enters the medical system until the patient gets out of it being supervised by the entire polydisciplinary medical team. Aim: To introduce the clinical pathway on the example of a patient with an broken ankle. Methods: a descriptive method has been used throughout the process. The search has been based on the quantitive methodology. The information have been achieved by the inquiry as partly structured questionnaire consisting of seventeen questions. One hundred medical employees of the Hospital in Slovenj Gradec were involved in the research. Results: The results show that medical employees do not understand the correct definition of the clinical pathway although they all emphasize the need for patient´s cooperation during the formation of the clinical pathway and also the advantages of initiating them into the process. Discussion and the conclusion: Everybody being included in the research is very much awared of the importance of the clinical pathway. Dealing with the patient who wxits and gets out of the medical system demands a systematic process that must be proffessional formed, finally attined, writen. It is called clinical pathway. The ressaults show, that the clinical pathway are not known well enough, sow it would be sensible to introduce it closely to the entire medical personality all over Slovenia.
