Abstract:	Kot vemo je glavna naloga zagotavljanja sistema kakovosti, zadovoljstvo vseh, ki so vključeni v nek poslovni proces, izpolnjevanje zahtev vezanih na nek tehnološki proces in organizacijo, kakor tudi temeljito obvladovanje stroškov vezanih na ta proizvodni proces. Z drugo besedo, preprečevanje neskladnosti in stroškov vezanih na ta proizvodni proces ter zahtev kupca. To nam omogoča preventiva, ki pa je neobhodno povezana s korektivnimi ukrepi. Želimo si da bi preventiva zadoščala popolnoma in da bi delež korektive bil čim manjši. Tema diplomske naloge, so preventivni in korektivni ukrepi v sistemu zagotavljanja kakovosti ISO 9001-2000! Pri koncipiranju naloge sem najprej obdelal splošni del, povezan s SLOVENSKIM STANDARDOM SISTEMOM ISO 9001, zadnja izdaja v letu 2008! Praktični del naloge bo prikazan v primerih: dober izdelek v sistemu zagotavljanja kakovosti, slab izdelek v zagotavljanju sistema kakovosti. Na primeru bomo pokazali dober in slab izdelek. Primer je vzet iz realnega poslovnega okolja podjetja INOKS d.o.o.

Title:	PROCESS CONTROL IN PRODUCTION OF STAINLESS STEEL PRODUCTS
Abstract:	As we know, the main tasks in ensuring the quality of systems are to satisfy the needs of all participants in a business process, to meet the needs which are tied to technological processes and organization, and last but not least, to carefully control the costs of the production process. In other words, the essential task in ensuring the efficiency and the success of these systems is to avoid discrepancies in the production process, which consider costs and the needs of buyers. To achieve this, precaution is needed, which is indispensably interlinked with the corrective measures. It is in our interest that precaution alone is sufficient and that the corrective measures are used as little as possible. The theme of this thesis deals with the precautions and the corrective measures in the system of ensuring the quality, ISO 9001-2000. The thesis begins with a general analysis of the magazine SLOVENIAN STANDARD SYSTEM ISO 9001, which is the last published issue in 2008. The practical part of the thesis is shown in the following examples: a good product in a system of ensuring qualities, and a poor product in a system of ensuring qualities. The examples are taken from the real working environment of the company INOKS d.o.o.
