Abstract:
Naloga prikazuje kvaliteto življenja zaposlenih v podjetju Slokart d.o.o., Trbovlje. Ker v sedanjih časih zaposleni preživimo večino časa na delovnem mestu, je še kako pomembno, da smo z delom in pogoji dela zadovoljni. Pomembno je, da delo ne škoduje našemu zdravju. Zatorej je za ljudi čedalje bolj pomemben pojem kakovosti delovnega življenja. Naloga prikazuje rezultat raziskave, ki sem jo naredila med svojimi bivšimi sodelavci. Kako različni delovni pogoj vplivajo na kakovost življenja na delovnem mestu.

QUALITY OF LIFE ON PLACE OF WORK
Abstract:
My diploma is showing quality of life employees on work position in company Slokart d.o.o.,Trbovlje. Because in this time employees majority of own time spending on work is very important taht we are happy on work and conditions of work. It is important that work doesn't damage our health. Diploma showing rezults of research that am made among own ex co-workers. How different working conditions influence on quality of life on work position.
