Abstract:
Namen diplomskega dela je bil prikaz možnosti, ki jih ponujajo Web 2.0 aplikacije za podjetja in njihove procese. Gre se namreč za aplikacije nove generacije, katere omogočajo boljše medsebojno sodelovanje in dostopnost. Kako je te procese možno izvesti sem tudi prikazal na primeru podjetja PROGMBH, v katerem so takšni procesi že usklajeni. Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz dveh delov. V prvem bolj teoretičnem delu je opisan sam princip delovanja aplikacij in poslovnih procesov v okolju Web 2.0. V drugem delu je delovanje in uvedba pojasnjena na podlagi praktičnega primera. Rešitev je prikazana na podlagi primera. Skupno s tem nam tudi prikazuje vse možnosti, katere prinaša Web 2.0. Poseben poudarek je dan tudi na Google aplikacije, katere postavljajo najnovejše standarde za takšen način organiziranja in izvajanja procesov.

ORGANISATION OF BUSINESS PROCESSES WITH USAGE OF WEB 2.0 APPLICATIONS
Abstract:
The purpose of this undergraduate thesis was to show the possibilities of Web 2.0 applications for businesses and their business processes. Web 2.0 is a new generation of applications, which allow better interaction and accessibility. How such processes can be carried out was also presented in the case of the company PROGMBH in which such processes are aligned. Thesis consists of two parts. In first more theoretical work is described, the principle of operation of applications and business processes in an environment of Web 2.0. In the second part are the operation and the introduction explained on the basis of practical case. The solution is shown on a case. This also shows us all the options, which brings Web 2.0. Special emphasis is also given on the Google applications, which put the most recent standards of this way of organizing and implementation processes.
