Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi smo najprej predstavili podjetje TEXIMP SA, s predstavništvom tudi v Ljubljani, katerega je ravno tako ogrozila kriza. Našteli bomo vzroke, ki so pripeljali do krize, opisali kadrovsko funkcijo na splošno in v podjetju, se podrobno posvetili strategijipodjetja in kriznim ukrepom, ki jih je sprejelo podjetjein našteli nekaj mogočih izhodov iz krizne situacije.

Abstract:
First in the Thesis we presented the company Teximp SA, with representation in Ljubljana, which is also threaten by the crisis, We will note causes that led to the crises, describe the personal function in general and in the company, devote to a detailed business strategy and crisis measures taken by the company and listed some of possible exit from the crisis.
