Title:KLIMA V DELOVNEM OKOLJU PODJETJA MINERVA ŽALEC

Abstract:Organizacijska klima, kot način kako zaposleni razumejo podjetje kot celoto je eden najpomembnejših dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na uspešnost podjetja. Podjetja se morajo zavedati, da so ljudje ključni izvor uspešnosti, vendar pa morajo imeti tudi ustrezne zmožnosti kot so znanje, sposobnosti in biti motivirani, da jih pri delu uporabljajo. Odnos zaposlenega do podjetja in njegova prizadevnost za doseganje ciljev podjetja sta bistvenega pomena za dolgoročno delovanje podjetja, zato mora vodstvo v največji možni meri zadovoljiti potrebe zaposlenih. Zaposleni morajo pozitivno zaznati odnos vodstva do njih, medsebojne odnose med zaposlenimi, motivacijo, notranje komuniciranje, informiranje, vodenje in odnos do podjetja. Zgoraj naštete dimenzije morajo biti pozitivno zaznane s tem bo posledično izzvano želeno vedenje zaposlenih in vzpostavljeno pozitivno vzdušje v podjetju. Pozitivna klima pa bo posredno pomagala uresničiti zastavljene poslovne cilje. V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali organizacijsko klimo in sicer tako teoretično kot praktično. V praktičnem delu naloge smo analizirali klimo v podjetju Minerva Žalec d.d. Pri zbiranju podatkov oziroma pri merjenju klime smo si pomagali z Vprašalnikom za ugotavljanje organizacijske klime, ki smo ga v ta namen sestavili. Vprašalnik smo sestavili iz posameznih trditev, ki so izpeljane iz dimenzij organizacijske klime, pri katerih so zaposleni s pomočjo podanih odgovorov podali svoje strinjanje oz. nestrinjanje s posamezno trditvijo. Dimenzije, v okviru katerih so zaposleni podali svojo oceno za posamezne trditve so: organiziranost, vodenje, komuniciranje in informiranje, medsebojni odnosi, motivacija, razvoj kariere, odnos do kakovosti, nagrajevanje, inovativnost in iniciativnost, poznavanje poslanstva, vizije ter ciljev.

Title:CLIMATE IN WORKING ENVIRONMENT OF COMPANY MINERVA ŽALEC
Abstract:Organizational climate, in means of the perception of the employees of the company as a whole, is one of the major factors that determine the success of the company. The companies must be aware of the fact, that their employees are the key factor for success, but in turn they also have to have knowledge, abilities and be motivated. The view of the employees on the company and their drive to achieving goals are essential for the longevity of the company, so the management must strive to satisfy the needs of the employees. The employees must have a positive view on the management, internal relationships, motivation, internal communication, leadership, and the company. Positive organizational climate will indirectly help achieve the predetermined business goals. In this thesis we have been evaluating the organizational climate – theoretical and practical. For the practical part we have analyzed the climate in company Minerva Žalec d.d. We have used the “Questionnaire for evaluating the organizational climate” for gathering data and evaluating the climate. The questionnaire consisted of individual claims that were drawn from dimensions of organizational climate. The employees answered the questions according to their own believes. The dimensions, that were the basis for employees’ evaluation, were: organization, leadership, internal communication and informing, internal relations, motivation, development of career, attitude to quality, rewarding, innovation and initiative, knowledge of the mission, vision and goals.
