Abstract:
Podjetja se v današnjem času vsakodnevno srečujejo z prenovo poslovanja ali vsaj z prenovo proizvodnega procesa. Soočena so z neusmiljeno konkurenco, ki jih sili ne samo ohranjati konkurenčen način poslovanja z namenom obdržati se na tržišču, pač pa tudi nenehno izboljševati svoje poslovne modele s pomočjo prenove poslovnih procesov, zniževati stroške in optimizirati izkoriščanje svojih virov. V proizvodnih podjetjih je ključnega pomena tehnologija, ki se vedno hitreje razvija in zato morajo podjetja uvajati organizacijske spremembe za svoj obstoj, kar pomeni, da morajo zmerom opravljati prenavljanje svojega poslovanja oziroma prenavljati svoje proizvodne procese. Vse večjega pomena je čim boljše obvladovanje in izkoriščanje informacijske tehnologije v svojem poslovanju.

RENOVATION OF MANUFACTURE PROCES
Abstract:
Enterprisees today are meating every day with ranovation of their operations or at least with renovation of manufacturing process. They are comfirmt with hartlees competition, witch force them to hawe competiton way of work if they want to be on the market and always inproving their operation models with help of renovation of operation proceses, lovering their expances and optimazing of exploring their own resorces. In manufacturing enterprisees is basic tehnology, witch is very fast devoloping and that is whay they must begin to introduce organization modify for their existence, which means, that they must always renovate their operation or ranovate their manufactering processes. More and more inportant is to master and to exploit information tehnology in their operation.
