Abstract:
Znanje in tehnološka opremljenost vse bolj predstavljata enega izmed ključnih dejavnikov uspešnosti podjetja, zato ju moramo čim bolje izkoristiti. V diplomskem delu sem si za uspešno prenovo skladiščnega poslovanja poleg njiju pomagal še s kvalitetnim informacijskim sistemom. Z analizo podatkov o prodaji in gibanju zalog v preteklih obdobjih sem izdelal model, ki omogoča bistveno zmanjšanje zalog sterilnega blaga. S skladiščenjem najbolj prodajanih artiklov samo v visokoregalno skladišče sem povečal pretok blaga skozi avtomatski transportni sistem in s tem povečal njegovo učinkovitost. Prav tako pa sem se izognil slabostim, ki jih prinaša skladiščenje istih artiklov po različnih skladiščih. Bistveno nižje zaloge omogočajo ukinitev začasnih skladišč ter zmanjšanje stroškov notranjega in zunanjega transporta. Za celotno podjetje pa znižane zaloge pomenijo tudi pomembno zmanjšanje investicijskih finančnih stroškov.

THE OPTIMISATION OF THE STOCK OF STERILE GOODS IN LJUBLJANSKE MLEKARNE
Abstract:
Knowledge and technological equipment ever more represent two of the key factors for success of a company therefore we should take utmost advantage of them. In addition to that, we drew on quality information system for the purpose of successfully renovating storage operations in the thesis. By analysing data on sales, and on physical stock movements in the previous periods, we created a model, which enables a significant reduction of physical stock of sterile goods. By storing the best-sold articles exclusively in high-shelf storage facility, we increased the flow of goods through an automatic transport system and in this manner increased its efficiency. Furthermore, we avoided the disadvantages of storing the same article in various storage facilities. Significantly lower physical stock enables a termination of temporary storage facilities and a reduction of internal and external transport costs. For the entire company the reduced physical stock means also a significant reduction of investment financial costs.
