Abstract:
Tema diplomske naloge so klasične električne povezave, ki so značilne predvsem za belo tehniko in avtomobilsko industrijo. Pri obravnavanih električnih povezavah gre za tehnologijo spajanja električnih vodnikov in kontaktov. V nalogi smo se ukvarjali z izboljšanjem procesa kovanja kontaktov in možnostjo razširitve dosedanjih toleranc. Opisani so postopki preverjanja kakovosti kovalne zveze, izvedba potrebnih meritev in ovrednotenje dobljenih rezultatov. Z raziskavo smo dokazali, da so za različne preseke vodnikov možne tudi različne tolerance, z novo merilno tehniko smo izboljšali vrednosti indeksov sposobnosti procesa, primerna kakovost izvajanja procesa kovanja pa je vplivala tudi na finančno izboljšanje stanja.

Title:
IMPROVEMENT OF THE PROCESS OF CRIMPING CONTACTS IN CABLEX d.o.o.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis deals with classical electrical connections, which are typical mainly for home appliances and automotive industry and it treats technology of combining electrical wires and contacts. Our primary task was to achieve improvement of the process of crimping contacts and the possibility of extending existing tolerances. It describes the procedures for checking the crimping quality, the performance of the necessary measurements and evaluation of received results. In the research, we demonstrated, that for wires with different cross-sections are also possible different tolerances, with the new measurement technique, we improved the process capability index and appropriate quality of the process of crimping contacts affected on the improvement of financial situation.
