Abstract:	V diplomski nalogi smo zajeli celoten proces administrativnih priprav graditve objekta do faze pričetka izvajanja del. Nalogo smo razdelili na dva dela. V prvi del smo vključili teoretična izhodišča, kjer smo se osredotočili na splošne pojme pravnih virov, opis bistvenih sestavin splošnih pogojev FIDIC, njihovo uporabnost in razvoj skozi zgodovino. V nadaljevanju smo predstavili neposredno pripravo na gradnjo, vključili smo postopek izvedbe razpisa za oddajo del, pripravo ponudbe in hkrati prikazali vsebino načrta za organizacijo ureditve gradbišča. V drugem delu diplomske naloge smo se osredotočili na empirični del, ki zajema konkreten primer postopka dviga razpisne dokumentacije in oddaje ponudbe podjetja NIVO, gradnje in ekologija, d. d., Celje, gradbene pogodbe po splošnih pogojih FIDIC (Rumena knjiga) ter organizacije ureditve gradbišča za projekt RCERO Celje.

Title:	CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS UNDER THE FIDIC GENERAL CONDITIONS AND PREPARATION ACTIVITIES FOR CONSTRUCTION
Abstract:	This diploma thesis presents the process of administrative preparation for construction up to the phase of the work implementation. The task is divided in two parts. In the first part of the work we introduce a theoretical basis, where we focus on the general concepts of legal sources, the description of the essential components of the general conditions of FIDIC, the applicability and development throughout history. Here we present the direct preparation of the construction process including the implementation of the call for work, preparing bids, and show the contents of the plan for the organization of the site arrangements. In the second part of diploma thesis we focus on the empirical part, which includes an example of the procedure of raising the tender documents and bidding firms NIVO, d. d., Celje, the construction contract under the general conditions of FIDIC (yellow book) and the organization of the site arrangements for the project RCERO Celje.
