Title:	UVEDBA E-RAČUNOV V SLOVENSKIH ELEKTRONSKIH BANKAH

Abstract:	V delu prikazujemo predstavitev e—bančništva, njegovo kratko zgodovino in varnostne elemente e—poslovanja. V okviru e—računov predstavljamo njegov razvoj, zakonodajo s tega področja in projekt e—SLOG. Osrednja tema diplomskega dela je nova storitev dveh slovenskih bank. Osredotočamo se na poseben sistem izmenjave e—računov, ki jih prejmemo neposredno v e—banko. Zelo podrobno je prikazan tudi primer uporabe e—računov na strani prejemnika. Na podlagi raziskave, ki smo jo izvedli z osebnim anketiranjem ter s pomočjo interneta, smo prišli do nekaterih spoznanj. Ugotovili smo, da skoraj vsi anketiranci uporabljajo internet, a kljub temu jih skoraj polovica ne uporablja e—banke. Z raziskavo smo potrdili nekatere naše teze in hkrati ugotovili, da je tretjina anketirancev neodločenih glede zamenjave papirnih računov. V končnem ocenjujemo, da bi banke morale privabiti čim več novih uporabnikov njihovih e—bank ter s tem posledično nove prejemnike e—računov. Z velikim vzorcem uporabnikov bi lahko razširili uporabo nove storitve, saj posamezniki lahko od podjetij zahtevajo uporabo novega sistema izmenjave. Na ta način bi bila podjetja primorana začeti uporabljati nov način poslovanja.

Title:	INTRODUCTION OF E-INVOICES IN SLOVENIAN E-BANKS
Abstract:	This work shows a presentation of e–banking, its brief history and security elements of e–business. In the context of e–invoices is introduced its development, legislation in this area and e–SLOG project. The main theme is deployment of brand new online service by two Slovenian banks. Theme is focused on exchange system for e–invoices, which are delivered directly into our e–bank. Included is detailed presentation of e–invoices usability on the recipient side. We came to some knowledge based on the personal interviewing and internet survey research. Almost all respondents use internet, but almost half of them do not use e–banks. With research we confirmed some of our thesis and therefore concluded that a third of all respondents is undetermined about switching from traditional paper invoices to e–invoices. Finally we estimate that our banks should try to attract as many new e–banks users as possible and consequently new e–invoice recipients. The implementation and use of new e–banking service could be spread faster with a large user base which would be crucial reason for big enterprices to begin with implementation and adaptation of new exchange system.
