Abstract:Skozi celotno diplomsko nalogo smo poskušali prikazati, da so ljudje največje premoženje organizacije. Še tako domišljene poslovne strategije nimajo pomena, če jih zaposleni niso sposobni, zmožni ali pripravljeni uresničiti. Organizacije v javnem sektorju morajo nenehno izboljševati organizacijsko kulturo, če se želijo uspešno prilagajati spremembam. Zaradi večjega pritiska državljanov na kakovost, zanesljivost in uporabnost storitev se javni sektor nahaja pred resnim problemom. Tudi za nepridobitne organizacije postaja pomembno poslovodenje z neotipljivimi dejavniki, kot so znanje, sposobnosti, odnosi s kupci,… Vsi odnosi in način dela se morajo spreminjati in prilagajati spremembam. Zaposleni morajo pokazati pripravljenost za učenje, se skozi učenje spreminjati in prenašati znanje drug na drugega. Vodstvo mora zgraditi in ohranjati pravo kulturo in ustvariti prijetno klimo, le tako bodo tudi zaposleni pozitivno naravnani, bolj zanesljivi, natančni, učinkoviti, … Od vodstva organizacije se zahteva vedno več. Pozitivna organizacijska kultura in s tem uspešnost organizacije (tudi s pomočjo uravnoteženega sistema kazalnikov) je odvisna najprej od njihovih dejanj in nato še od zaposlenih.

Title:ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE IN MUNICIPALITY PIVKA
Abstract:Throughout this diploma thesis, we tried to show that people are the greatest assets of the organization. Even the most imaginative of business strategies are meaningless, if the employees are not capable, able or willing to realize them. Organizations in the public sector need to continuously improve the organizational culture if they want to successfully adapt to change. Due to growing pressure from citizens on quality, reliability and applicability of services, the public sector is faceing a serious problem. Even for non-profit organizations the management of intangible factors such as knowledge, ability relationships with customers is becoming important. All the relations and the method of work has to change and adapt to change. Employees must demonstrate a willingness to learn, to change through prosess of learning and to transfer knowledge from one to another. Managers must build and maintain a positive culture and create a pleasant climate. This is the only way that employees will also be positive, more reliable, accurate, efficient, ... The demand upon the management of organization is incressing. A positive organizational culture and with that effectiveness of the organization (with the help of a balanced system of indicators) first of all depends on their actions and secondly on the employees.
