Abstract:	Pri izdelavi diplomskega dela bomo izhajali iz predpostavk, da sta embalaža in pakiranje pomembna dejavnika pri zaščiti in distribuciji izdelkov. Menimo, da je ustrezna embalaža in postopek pakiranja pogoj za nemoteno potekanje logističnih procesov. Embalaža je danes ena od izredno pomembnih sestavin končnega izdelka in kot takšna je nezamenljiva v logističnih procesih. V preteklosti so gledali na embalažo le kot zaščito izdelka. V današnjem času ima embalaža veliko večjo funkcijo, predvsem marketinško. Na področju prilagajanja in usklajevanja zakonodaje in standardizacije z evropsko, je Slovenija že naredila pomembne korake s sprejetjem Pravilnika o ravnanju z odpadno embalažo. Ta med drugim ureja rešitve z zbiranjem, predelavo in odstranjevanjem odpadne embalaže. V diplomskem delu smo v začetku raziskali sam izvor besede embalaža, v nadaljevanju jo razčlenili in pregledali vrste in oblike embalaže. Omenili smo tudi upoštevanje standardizacije in zakonodaje, kajti njihovo izvajanje je nujno potrebno za prisotnost naših artiklov na tujih trgih. Če smo hoteli uvesti nov način pakiranja, smo morali narediti analizo obstoječega stanja in pregled vseh prodajnih tokov, vseh tokov blaga v skladišču in vpliv uvedbe novega načina pakiranja na transport. Raziskati je bilo potrebno tudi mnenje odgovornih v poslovalnicah, kajti njihovo ne strinjanje z uvedbo povratne embalaže, bi lahko privedlo do nerealizacije reorganizacije embaliranja. Po pozitivnem mnenju naših strank, smo nadaljevali s posnetkom obstoječega stanja embaliranja v natron papir. V nadaljevanju smo se odločili za najbolj optimalno dimenzijo povratne embalaže, kjer smo morali upoštevati vse proizvodne in transportne zahteve. Na podlagi vseh teh analiz in ugotovitev smo prišli do predloga uvedbe povratne embalaže. Z uvedbo povratne embalaže bomo prihranili na embalažnem materialu (natron papirju), ki predstavlja na letnem nivoju kar velik strošek. Dosegli bomo večjo produktivnost pri komisioniranju oziroma ustvarili prihranek pri delovni sili, katero naj bi prerazporedili na druga opravila. Sprostili bomo talne površine — prostor, zmanjšali obseg internega transporta, dosegli boljšo preglednost komisionov na odpremnih rampah, hitrejši naklad vozil, razbremenitev odpremnikov ter uvedli embalažo, ki bo bolj prijazna do kupcev. Povratna embalaža ni primerna samo z vidika hitrejšega in lažjega pakiranja, temveč nudi boljšo zaščito artiklom, boljšo izkoriščenost vozil, je bolj prijazna okolju in obenem uporabna tudi povratno.

Title:	Reorganization of the packaging process in MK Logistika d.o.o
Abstract:	In my graduate work we are going to presume that the packing and packaging are important factors for the protection and distribution of the products. We believe that the appropriate packaging and wrapping are condition for the smooth functioning of logistic processes. Packaging is now one of the remarkable components of the finished product and it's irreplaceable in the logistic procedures. In the past, the package was meant only for protection of the product but today it has a more important function, especially in marketing. In the area of adaptation and harmonization of legislation and standardization with European, Slovenia has already made significant strides with the adoption of the ''Rules on the management of packaging waste'', which regulates the solutions with respect to the collection, processing and disposal of packaging waste. In this diploma work we investigated the origin of the word package and later analized and reviewed the types and forms of packaging. References have also been taken into account in the standardization of laws, because their implementation is necessary for the presence of our articles on foreign markets. If we wanted to introduce a new way of packaging, we had to do some analysis of existing situation and review of the all trade flows, all flows of goods in the warehouse and the impact of introducing a new way to transport packages. It was necessary to explore the opinion from officials in the branch, because their not-agreeing on the introduction of reverse packaging could lead to the irrealization of the reorganization of the packing. After a favorable opinion of our customers, we continued with recording the current state of packaging with the natron paper. Then we have decided for the most optimal dimensions of the return package, where we have to take into account all the production and handling requirements. On the basis of this analysis and findings, we came to the proposal of introducing the reverse packaging. With the introduction of the feedback packaging, we will save on packaging material (natron paper), which represents the high level at the annual cost. We will also achieve greater productivity in commission and create some savings in manpower, which would be reallocated to other tasks. We will unleash the floor area - the space, reducing the volume of the internal transport, achieve greater transparency of the commissions at the shipping ramps, faster loading of the vehicles and discharge of the junior clerks and we will also introduce the package which will be more friendly to the customers. Feedback package is not only adequate in terms of faster and easier packaging, but it offers better protection to the products, better utilization of the vehicles, it is more environmentally friendly and also well return.
