Abstract:
Diplomska naloga predstavlja programsko rešitev za pripravo O'glasne pošte. O'glasna pošta je sestavljena iz oglasov na osnovnem letaku in reklamnih materialov, ki so vloženi v osnovni letak. Namen rešitve je poenostaviti in povečati hitrost priprave O'glasne pošte ter zmanjšati napake pri vlaganju reklamnih materialov v osnovni letak. To smo dosegli z nazivnicami za svežnje in s poročili. Osnova za nazivnice in poročila so razdelilniki. Imamo razdelilnike s podatki o številu gospodinjstev, podjetij, samostojnih podjetnikov in poštnih predalov ter razdelilnike za reklamne materiale. Na nazivnicah bodo vsi potrebni podatki za pripravo svežnjev za posamezne pošte. Poročila bodo služila za lažjo organizacijo dela ter olajšala kontrolo. Rešitev je izdelana z orodjem Excel in MS Access. V Excelu se je programiralo s programskim jezikom Visual Basic.

DEVELOPMENT OF APPLICATION IN APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT FOR ADVERT LETTERS DISTRIBUTION
Abstract:
The thesis presents the software solution for arranging the advertising mail »O'glasna pošta«. This advertising mail consists of advertisements in the primary letter and the enclosures, which are placed into the primary letter. The purpose of this software solution is to be able to get the advertising mail ready quicker and easier, as well as to reduce the mistakes being made while placing the advertisement material into the primary letter. We were able to achieve that through denominations for bundles and through reports. Denominations and reports are based on allocators. We have allocators with data on the number of households, companies, self employed people and post office boxes. Besides that we also have allocators for advertisement material. The denominations will contain all necessary data for the bundles of individual mail. The reports will offer easier work management, as well as easier supervision. The software solution was made with the tools of Excel and MS Access. Within Excel the programming language Visual Basic was used.
