Abstract:	Diplomsko delo govori o procesu pridobivanja lokacijske informacije v občinski upravi. Predvsem se bomo osredotočili na izboljšave procesa pridobivanja lokacijske informacije in predvideli naslednji razvojni korak. V prvem poglavju spregovorimo najprej na splošno o predstavitvi problema, namenu naloge, predstavimo organiziranost občinske uprave, predpostavke in omejitve za reševanje problema ter metode dela, s katerimi se bomo srečali. Naslednje poglavje opisuje pravne osnove za pridobitev omenjenega dokumenta in pristojnosti lokalne samouprave. S tretjim poglavjem obdelamo obstoječe stanje procesa, poslovanje občinske in ostale javne uprave s podrobnim opisom poslovnega procesa ter kritično analizirano obstoječe stanje. V četrtem poglavju se osredotočimo na izboljšavo organizacije procesa z naslednjim razvojnim korakom ter grafično ponazorimo posamezne faze procesa. V petem poglavju predstavimo zaključek naloge z oceno učinkov pogojev za izboljšanje procesa ter nadaljnje videnje v zvezi z omenjenim procesom.

Title:	Proposals to reform the process of acquiring planning information at the Krško municipality
Abstract:	I wrote my thesis on the subject of the process of acquiring planning information in the municipal administration. I focused primarily on the improvements that can be made and tried to anticipate the next stage of development. In the first chapter I presented the problem and what I'm trying to achieve with the thesis. I unfolded the structure of the municipal administration. I depicted on the main obstacles in solving the problem and the working methods we'll encounter. In the second chapter I presented legal basis for acquiring planning information and what are the competencies of local administration. In the third chapter I wrote about the current process and gave a critical analysis of it. I described the operation of the municipial and other public administration with a detailed description of the business process. In the fourth chapter I focused on improving the process management with the next developmental step. I graphically illustrated indivudual phases of the process. In the fifth chapter I wrote a conclusion and an estimate of effects of conditions for improving the process and possible further development.
