Abstract:
Predstavljeni so trenutno najbolj popularni odprtokodni sistemi za upravljanje učne vsebine na spletu z njihovimi prednostmi in pomanjkljivostmi. Podana je obrazložitev, kdaj in na kakšen način naj se organizacije odločijo za le-te. Na podlagi analize po metodi RUBIS je s pomočjo programa za podporo odločanju Decision Deck izbran najbolj primeren sistem za izgradnjo učnega spletnega mesta. Opisan je postopek, kako s pomočjo izbranega sistema izgraditi učno spletno mesto.

OPEN SOURCE SYSTEMS FOR E-LEARNING
Abstract:
All the advantages and disadvantages of currently the most popular web-based open source learning content management systems are presented in the diploma. The instructions on when and how different organizations should apply them are also given. Analysis - based research using the RUBIS method and the decision aid software platform Decision Deck, has proven ATutor to be the most suitable system to build an e- learning website. Diploma also provides a detailed procedure on how to build an e- learning website by using the system mentioned above.
