Abstract:	Registracija vozil v republiki Sloveniji ima že dolgo zgodovino. Smo država članica Evropske Unije, ki razpolaga z eno izmed najboljših baz podatkov registriranih vozil znotraj Evropske Unije. Baza matičnega registra vozil razpolaga s podatki, ki so ključni za pregledno in ažurno spremljanje podatkov o vozilih v Republiki Sloveniji. Baza podatkov omogoča statistično spremljanje vozil na raznih področjih in daje smernice bodočega razvoja voznega parka v Republiki Sloveniji. Sama računalniška baza je brez pomena, če jo ne vzdržujejo usposobljeni in dosledni delavci. V tem primeru so to referenti na tehničnih pregledih in upravnih enotah. Delo ljudi, ki bazo vzdržujejo, je ključnega pomena za delovanje baze. Delo referentov je odgovorno in zahtevno. Vsakodnevno delo z velikim številom vozil zahteva točnost podatkov o vozilih in lastnikih vozil. Dosledno upoštevanje navodil zakona in nekaj človeškosti naredi dobrega referenta. Vse te vrline referent pridobi s prakso in delovnimi izkušnjami. Pohvalno je, da je Republika Slovenija razvila zelo dober sistem izobraževanja referentov. Šele po opravljenem izobraževanju, ki traja eno leto, lahko referent samostojno dela za okencem. Taka strokovnost je garant za prihodnost, ki bo temeljila na še večji izmenjavi podatkov. Samo dobro usposobljeni ljudje, ki delajo na področju registracije vozil, bodo kos tej nalogi. Organizacija, ki opravlja registracijo vozil in tehnične preglede, lahko raste in se razvija samo s strokovno usposobljenimi kadri. Podjetje Avtotest d.o.o. razpolaga z usposobljenimi kadri, kar pripomore tudi k dobremu poslovnemu izidu. V prihodnje bo potrebno zagotoviti še večjo računalniško znanje za vse zaposlene v podjetju Avtotest d.o.o. To je garancija bodočega razvoja podjetja in še izboljšanja vsakoletnega poslovnega izida.

Title:	THE SYSTEM OF VEHICLE REGISTRATION IN COMPANY AVTOTEST D.O.O.
Abstract:	Vehicle registration has a long history in Republic Slovenia. We are a member country of the European Union which possesses one of the best data bases of registered vehicles in the European Union. Central registration basis has data that are cruical for a surveyable and up-to-date reviewing of data about vehicles in Republic Slovenia. Data basis enables a statistical inspection of vehicles in different areas and gives guidelines for future development of rolling stock in Republic Slovenia. Computer basis itself is meaningless if it is not kept up by qualified and consistent workers. These are the referees at technical services and administrative units. The work of people who maintain the basis is cruical for the working of the basis. The work of the referees is responsible and pretentious. Everyday work with a great number of vehicles demands accuracy of data about vehicles and the owners of the vehicles. Consistent consideration of the instructions in law and a bit of humanity makes a good referee. A referee can achieve all these qualities by practice and experience. It is praising that Slovenia has developed a very good system of educating referees. Only after the accomplished education which takes one year to accomplish can a referee work independently behind the counter. Such expertise is a guarantee for the future which will be founded on even greater exchange of data. Only well qualified people who work in the area of vehicle registraton will be able to cope this work. Organisation that does vehicle registration and techical examinations can grow and develop only with the professionally qualified workers. The company Avtotest d.o.o. has qualified workers which contributes to a good business outcome. In the future a good computer knowledge will have to be assured for all workers in the company. This is a guarantee of the future development of the company and of the bettering of the every year business outcome.
