Abstract:
Za podjetje Angela Shanley Associates Ltd lahko rečemo, da je v zadnjem obdobju uspešno in ima primerno vizijo nadaljnjega razvoja. Podjetje ima v zvezi z organiziranostjo poslovanja optimalne rešitve in pravilne odločitve pri kratkoročnem kot tudi dolgoročnem razvoju. Strokovna usposobljenost je na primerni ravni, kar vse vpliva na doseganje postavljenih ciljev. Diplomska naloga obravnava vlogo in pomen operativnega managementa pri vodenju in upravljanju podjetja. Ključni kader v podjetju so operativni managerji in predstavljajo kar 70% vse managerske funkcije. Naloga je razdeljena na dva dela. V teoretičnem delu smo prikazali značilnosti in pomen operativnega managementa. Spoznanje, da je operativni kader v podjetju odločilnega pomena za razvoj zato smo v nalogi tej problematiki posvetili glavni del ter z izpeljano raziskavo interpretirali dobljene rezultate. Rečemo lahko, da naloga daje odgovore na vrsto vprašanj in tudi prikazuje potrebo po boljših usmeritvah na področjih vodenja in upravljanja. Zaključimo lahko, da brez ustrezno usposobljenega in motiviranega operativnega kadra ni pomembnih rezultatov pri uresničitvi zastavljenih ciljev.

OPERATION MANAGEMENT ROLE AT DEVELOPMENT OF TRAVEL AGENCY ANGELA SHANLEY ASSOCIATES
Abstract:
Company Angela Shanley Associates Ltd has successful and suitable vision for further development. Its optimal solutions for present and future development are also in good professional qualification which influence on accomplishment of future set up aims. Degree composition discusses influence of operative management on progress of the company. 70% of management function are human resources, which is key role in every company. It composes two chapters. In theoretical part we describe and present operation management. Main part of the Degree consist results and analysis of the research carried out within the employees in the company. The purpose of this degree gives answers on many questions and also show the need for the better directions in management and operation management. To conclude without suitable professional qualification and motivation of operation management also the future set up goals are not achieved.
