Abstract:	V diplomskem delu sem želel predstaviti možne vire financiranja malih in srednjih podjetij v Sloveniji. Slovensko malo gospodarstvo predstavlja namreč več kot 99 odstotkov vsega gospodarstva. Sredstva lahko pridobivamo iz notranjih in zunanjih virov financiranja. Notranji viri so dobiček, amortizacija in drugi kratkoročni denarni tokovi. Zunanje financiranje pa je mogoče z bančnimi krediti, lizingom, tveganim kapitalom, faktoringom, forfetingom ali z državnimi viri. Slovenska MSP se srečujejo s podobnimi ovirami, kot MSP v ostalih Evropskih državah. Problem financiranja slovenskega malega gospodarstva so omejene možnosti dostopa do finančnih sredstev, predraga finančna sredstva, omejitve pri najemanju posojil v tujini in nepoznavanje drugih oblik financiranja (tvegani kapital, faktoring, forfeting). Glavna ugotovitev tega diplomskega dela je, da je treba MSP-jem še bolj olajšati dostop do finančnih sredstev.

Title:	FINANCING OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES
Abstract:	In my graduate work I wanted to present possible sources of funds for small and medium-sized enterprises in Slovenia. Small business in Slovenia represents more than 99 percent of all economy. Funds may be obtained from internal and external sources of funding. Internal funds are profit, amortization and other short-terms cash flows. External financing is possible with bank loans, leasing, risk capital, factoring, forfeiting or state sources. Slovenian SMEs are faced with similar obstacles, such as SMEs in other European countries. The problems of small business in Slovenia are limited possibilities of access to financial resources, too expensive financial resources, restrictions at borrowing from foreign banks and poor knowledge of other forms of financing (risk capital, factoring, forfeiting). The main finding of this graduate work is enable more easier access to financial resources to SMEs.
