Abstract:	Zaposleni in dobre vodje so ključ do tega, da podjetje v sodobnem času lahko preživi. Vodje podjetij morajo imeti veščine in spretnosti s katerimi omogočajo dobro vodstvo in nadzor nad svojimi zaposlenimi. Z večanjem vse večjih konkurenčnih zahtev se vedno bolj pojavlja potreba po širitvi in pridobivanju znanja na področju poslovanja. Zaposleni se morajo zavedati, da njihovo dosedanje znanje v prihodnosti ne bo več zadostovalo in na tem prepričanju morajo graditi. Poznamo veliko metod s katerimi si lahko pridobimo in nadgradimo svoje že osvojeno znanje. V diplomskem delu smo na podlagi metod učenja prikazali, katere metode učenja lahko uporabljamo v določenih primerih, ter kdo in kako jih lahko uporablja. V primeru smo podali podjetje Nove KBM d.d., kjer smo prikazali, katere metode učenja uporabljajo pri svojih zaposlenih. V Novi KBM d.d. se zavedajo, da so zaposleni ključ do njihovega uspeha zato tako njim, kot samemu izobraževanju namenjajo veliko truda in pozornosti.

Title:	USE LEARNING METHODS FOR DIFFERENT FORMS OF LEARNING IN THE NKBM
Abstract:	Employees and good heads are the key to a company in modern times to survive. Business leaders must have the skills to enable good management and control of their employees. With the increase in the growing competitive requirements is increasingly a need for expansion and acquisition of knowledge in the business. Employees should be aware that their current knowledge in the future will no longer suffice, and in this belief must be built. There are many methods by which you can gain and upgrade his knowledge. In the degree, we are on the basis of learning methods demonstrate the methods of learning can be used in certain cases, and who and how they can be used. In the event we gave the undertaking New KBM d.d, where we show the methods used in the learning of their employees. In New KBM d.d. be aware that employees are the key to their success, therefore, them, as the education spends a lot of effort and attention.
