Stres ljudi spodbuja in motivira. Spremeniti moramo sebe. Za dosego cilja moramo pogledati v svojo notranjost, poiskati svoj notranji mir in prehoditi določeno pot v samega sebe. Osnovna zahteva je pozitivno mišljenje.

Title:ANALYSIS OF STRESS IN HIT ŠENTILJ COMPANY AND PREVENTION PROGRAMME
Abstract:We all experience stress in our lives. Although a certain amount of stress is useful and can serve as a good motivator to a greater efficiency, too much stress can have an opposite effect. Stress stimulates and motivates people. A certain level of stress in our daily life makes our lives exciting. However, severe stress events or too much stress can result in health problems and cause insomnia, tension, headaches, and other stress-related diseases. Today, stress is a factor that can seriously affect our health and ruin all our past achievements if we have no proper strategies for its management. In the modern business world, individuals with good ideas, who are able to implement efficiently them, count as successful. They know how to use their full potential and how to persuade and fill others with enthusiasm. Yet, the level of stress at the working place has become an increasing problem for individuals as well as their employers. Stress causes a discrepancy between our abilities and work requirements, between the opposing demands and the roles we play at work or in our daily lives; it often results in the incapability to manage our work and life successfully. We have to be aware of the fact that our influence on certain factors like inadequate work management, low payment, bad communication between employees and their superiors, incorrect customer treatment, shift work exceeding 12 hours, lack of recompensation, interference between work and private lives, work overload or a routine job is not always possible. Stress can have short- or long-term consequences. Individuals and their employers should manage the short-term consequences immediately and take the long-term consequences under serious consideration, as they may affect not only the individual, but the organisation as a whole as well. Stress affects most of the internal organs and disturbs various natural processes. The body's reaction to stress is best seen as an increased level of hormones in the blood. These hormones can raise the blood pressure, pulse and breathing frequency. Eye pupils expand. Such reactions can be noticeable for 24 up to 48 hours after the stress event. As various factors can have an impact on stress, we discern between several types of stress: positive (eustress) and negative (distress) as well as natural and artificial stress, exogenous and endogenous as well as acute and chronic stress. There is only one way to cope with the consequences of stress successfully - a profound change in one’s lifestyle. We have to change ourselves first. To reach this goal, we must find a path to our inner peace and be able to contemplate upon our way of life. First of all, we have to learn to think positive.
