Abstract:When the company decides to finance with debt, banks are the basic source of financing for this form. If a company can not obtain a bank loan or the bank loan is too expensive, it must find another source of funding to realize the business idea. Venture capital is a form of equity financing, which may replace or complement the bank capital and other forms of financing. It aims to finance start-up and growth of promising small and medium-sized enterprises which are unable to obtain traditional funding sources. Venture capital investments are usually organized in the form of venture capital funds, which raise funds from investors and then invest in promising entrepreneurial projects and provide management expertise to the company.
