Abstract:
Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na teoretični in raziskovalni del. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili pojem kadrovanje in razložili pomen kadrov v podjetju. Nato smo podrobneje opisali izbiro kadrov in njihovo usposabljanje. V raziskovalnem delu smo opravili analizo obstoječega stanja glede izbora in usposabljanja občinskih redarjev. Na podlagi ugotovitev smo naredili kritično analizo in podali predloge za izboljšanje obstoječega stanja.

Title:
SELECTION AND TRAINING OF THE MUNICIPAL WARDENS
Abstract:
Graduation thesis is devided into theoretical and research works. In theoretical work, we first define the concept of recruitment and explain the importance of staff in the company. We then describe in more detail the importance of selecting personnel and their training. The research work carried out and analysis of the current situation regarding the selection and training of local stewards. Base on the finding we have made a critical analysis and make suggestions for improving the current situation.
