Abstract:
V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali informatizacijo logističnih procesov v podjetju Ydria Motors d.o.o. Pri tem je bil glavni cilj ustrezno informatizirati procese nabavne logistike, notranje in prodajne logistike. Podana je celovita zasnova izboljšanega procesa, ki temelji na uvedbi črtne kode in sistema WMS za podporo logističnim procesom.

INFORMATISATION OF LOGISTIC PROCESSES IN COMPANY YDRIA MOTORS D.O.O.
Abstract:
In presented work implementation of enterprise logistics planning system in Ydria Motors company is discussed. Although the final objective of implementation the ERP system was to cover purchase logistics, production logistics and sales logistics. The complete flow of improved process, which bases on implementation of bar codes and warehouse management system (WMS), is presented.
