Abstract:
Področje orodjarstva so zaznamovale številne hitre spremembe tehnologije, tudi na področju planiranja in vodenja orodjarskih procesov. V diplomski nalogi smo izvedli primerjalno analizo procesov planiranja in vodenja med tremi orodjarnami: - Javnim gospodarskim zavodom (JGZ — Mariborski zapori), - Livarno Maribor d.d. (MLM d.d.), - Elektrokovino d.o.o. (Acot d.o.o.). Na podlagi primerjalne analize treh podjetij smo oblikovali referenčni model planiranja in vodenja v orodjarni od začetka nastajanja tlačnega in rezilnega (obrezilnega) orodja do končnega proizvoda in njegove odpreme. Ključno vodilo za oblikovanje referenčnega modela planiranja in vodenja orodjarne je bilo skrajšanje pretočnih časov pri izdelavi orodij in s tem izboljšano doseganje dogovorjenih rokov odjemalcev orodij.

THE MODEL OF PLANNING AND CONTROL FOR TOOLMAKING
Abstract:
The tool making industry has undergone several rapid technological changes which also affect the planning and managing of tool making processes. The thesis comprises a comparative analysis of planning and managing processes in the following tool making plants: - the public utility institute Mariborski zapori, - Livarna Maribor d.d. (MLM d.d.), - Elektrokovina d.o.o. (Acot d.o.o.). The comparative analysis of the above three companies has served as basis to elaborate a reference model for planning and managing the processes in the tool making plant, from the initial designing of pressure and cutting (clipping) tools to the final product and dispatch. The key guideline in the creation of a reference planning and managing model for the tool making plant has been to reduce the time needed to manufacture the tools and better meet the deadlines agreed upon with the clients.
