Abstract:
V zasebnih gospodarskih službah, ki delujejo tržno, je glavno merilo dobiček. V gospodarskih javnih službah pa je zagotavljanje dobička podrejena kategorija. Država z zakonodajo nadzira oblikovanje cen in kakovost storitev ter na trgu deluje kot posrednik med ponudbo in povpraševanjem. Cilj gospodarskih javnih služb je ustrezno zadovoljevanje javnih potreb ter redna in predvsem kvalitetna ponudba storitev, ki so dostopne vsem pod enakimi pogoji. V diplomski nalogi smo analizirali finančno plat poslovanja izbranega javnega podjetja in poskušali s pomočjo izračuna finančnih kazalnikov opozoriti na odmike od vodenja optimalne politike.

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS OF PUBLIC FIRMS (THE CASE OF CHOOSEN PUBLIC FIRM)
Abstract:
Private economic services are market-orientated/driven and their main criterion is profit, while in the economic public services profit assurance is a subordinate category. The state controls formation of prices and quality of services through legislation, and on the market, it acts like mediator between supply and demand. The aim of the economic public services is to satisfy the public needs and to ensure regular and quality tender of services open to all under the same conditions. We analyzed financial side of business of chosen public servise in a dissertation and tried to warn against deviations from direction of optimal policy with the help of calculation of financial indicators.
