Abstract:
V magistrskem delu je prikazana prenova Centralnega registra kopitarjev. V smislu informacijske podpore gre za vsebinsko podporo novim predpisom. Prenovljen Centralni register kopitarjev nudi ustrezno informacijsko podporo za izdajanje uradnih dokumentov in osnovne statistične analize. Omogočeno je vodenje lastnikov, imetnikov in lokacij kopitarjev in popolni pregled zgodovine zapisov lastništva, imetništva in premikov. Tehnična prenova omogoča dostop do Centralnega registra kopitarjev preko svetovnega spleta, različen nivo uporabnikov in njihovih privilegijev, beleženje sprememb in povezovanje z drugimi uradnimi evidencami in registri.

RECONSTRUCTION OF THE NATIONAL REGISTER OF EQUIDAE
Abstract:
In the Master's work a renovation of the central register of equine animals is presented. In terms of information support it represents a substantive support following the requirements of the new regulations. The updated central register of equine animals provides an adequate information support for issuing the official documents and basic statistical analysis. A substantive upgrade enables data collection and data processing of the owners, keepers and the locations of the equine animals and a complete overview of the historical records of the ownership, holding and movements of the animals. The technical reform provides a simplified access to the central register of equine animals via the Internet and furthermore different levels of user rights, as well as recording changes and finally the integration with other official records and registers.
